Job: Client Services Representative - (Front Desk)

Rolf's, a Global Vision Company, is currently the Valley's most desirable Salon destination. Rolf's hair stylists are internationally trained and among the nation's elite. Expert hair services range from modern haircuts and progressive color, to chic event styles and bridal updos.

Rolf's is is currently seeking a Client Services Representative whose responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

* Greeting clients as they enter the salon.
* Handle return client scheduling, and answering guest questions.
* Processing guests upon completion of services and focusing on retail sales and cross-marketing of services with our guests.
* Our professional Client Services Representatives ensure that each and every client of Rolf's Salon has an exceptional experience!

Our Client Services Representatives are required to adhere to a dress code and applicable policies and procedures. No piercings (other than ears, one piercing each) and no visible tattoos are permissable. Rolf's is a smoke free company, smokers need not apply.

1. Must have extraordinary customer service skills with a passion for outstanding customer service working in a formal high end Salon.
2. Retail or Hospitality Front Desk experience a plus.
3. Computer literacy to navigate industry software, set appointments and complete transactions.
4. Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Balance cash drawer and handle money.
6. Commitment to a high standard of excellence is essential.
7. Must be professional with a strong work ethic.
8. Ability to stand all day for long periods of time.
9. Minimum High School Diploma Bachelors degree preferred.



Must be available to work full time for various shifts. Our hours of operation are Monday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.; Friday and Saturday 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
