POSITION SUMMARY:
This position will review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs, as well as write detailed business requirements, detailed design specifications and identify program functions. This position is responsible for ensuring overall system design and the data quality of technology applications, projects, production environments, and data collection systems and methodology.

Specific responsibilities include ensuring that data integrity standards are adhered to, reporting needs are met and all applications that are moved into production are of good sound design standards, sufficiently tested and proven to meet all quality assurance (QA) standards.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
A Bachelor's degree with a major in business or public administration, or a related field. Five years’ experience in business analysis, business research/technical reporting, or similar responsibilities. Additional relevant experience may substitute for a portion of the aforementioned education.
