Job Description
An On-Site Bilingual Health Coach will provide one-on-one health coaching to a primarily Spanish speaking population. The primary role of a health coach will be to provide positive health support, as well as, set health and wellness goals with members that are directly related to lowering health risks and improving health. The Health Coach will be responsible for conducting Health Risk Assessments following Pops Health protocols. Health Coaches are responsible for keeping any personal information and HRA results confidential. This specific position will be once a month for 4 hours at one location; however, other opportunities with the company are available if desired.
Skills / Requirements
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in health education, health promotion, or a related health, wellness or fitness field or experience equivalent. Candidate must be fluent in Spanish and Bilingual. This candidate must possess CPR and first aid certification within 6 months of employment, if not already certified. Candidate must also possess good communication skills; have strong computer and web navigation skills, and reliable transportation. The ability to work independently and serve as an enthusiastic role model for health and wellness is very important.
