Overview: This is a POOL position. This position will be used to cover weekday shifts as needed, as well as weeknight/weekend and holidays. This position performs prescribed nuclear medicine procedures by following established regulatory standards, departmental/hospital policies, procedures and protocols. This position demonstrates competence to ensure optimal care/treatment of neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients. Service excellence is demonstrated by consistently exhibiting the BH Service Standards in the performance of this job.

Requires certification by the ARRT(N) or NMTCB as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist and licensure by the Arizona Medical Radiologic Board of Examiners. Experience must include working in an acute care setting within the past 12 months as a Nuclear Medical Technologist in the specialty area.
