We seek a high performing and energetic individual for our Porter position which will be responsible for maintaining our community grounds for our two new communities in West Phoenix, Barossa at the Park and Indigo at the Park.

This postion is responsible for ensuring the overall physical condition of the properties is maintained. This position requires painting as instructed and a team oriented individual who can work well independently and without immediate supervision.

Primary Responsibilities include:
1) Ensure service requests and repairs are completed correctly and timely.
2) Maintain proper inventory of supplies and tools sufficient for providing service and maintaining the property.
3) Maintain excellent customer service relationship with all residents and coworkers.
4) Requires ability to use general maintenance equipment including hand tools, pressure washers, sandblasters, ladders, landscaping equipment and required safety equipment.
5) Must be able to handle chemicals.

Minimium Requirements include:

1) High school diploma or GED
2) Previous experience in a similar type role
3) Ability to diagnose problems and make repairs related to painting, general maintenance,
4) Demonstrated customer service skills
5) Valid Driver's License and automobile insurance required.
