Job: SERVICE/MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN – Northwest Valley

This position reports to our Service Manager and is instrumental to the success of our new communities Barossa at Trianna and Indigo at Trianna located near the 101 and W. Thunderbird Road. If you have previous property maintenance experience and realize the importance of this key role to the success of our lease-up communities, join our Service Team!

This role maintains the property grounds, building and units as directed by the Service Manager. We seek a multi disciplined maintenance professional who can manage multiple, changing priorities and meet work completion deadlines with a positive attitude and problem solving demeanor.

The Service/Maintenance Technician will:

Ensure availability for on-call maintenance service on a rotation basis.

Paint, walk grounds and perform maintenance on apartments.

Maintain common grounds and curb appeal.

Complete service requests in a professional and timely manner.

Establish and foster effective relationships with co-workers and vendors.

Minimum of one year property maintenance experience.

High School Diploma or GED required.

Must possess a valid Arizona driver's license.

Consistent and stable work history is required.

Ability to prioritize work flow, meet deadlines and ensure our residents experience outstanding customer service.

Teamwork, tenacity and strong interpersonal skills are a must!
