Job: Bilingual Accounting & Payroll Office Associate

• Bi-lingual: Must be fluent in Spanish and English
• 1 - 3 years accounting experience accounts payable with some familiarity with payroll systems (working with ADP as an example).
• Familiarity with entry into accounting software to maintain ledger accounts, help in creating a chart of accounts, produce accounting reports using accounting software: balance sheets, income-loss statements, etc. using SAGE accounting software.
• Assist the business unit as it gets established in the market with any clerical or administrative needs it has, filing, accessing and completing forms.
• Must have an outstanding work ethic and attitude about work.
• Work schedule will be 40 hours per week, but some days extra hours will need to be worked to complete what needs to get done.
• Requires good attention to detail and the ability to think on their feet.
• Work location is near Chandler Blvd. & I-10 in Phoenix (South of Awatukee).
• Experience with SAGE, Microsoft Office products a plus
