Job: Equipment Maintenance Mechanic

JOB SUMMARY: Performs work of considerable difficulty in repairing, maintaining, and rebuilding automotive, grounds, and golf course equipment.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

* Four years of experience as a journeyman mechanic.
* Ability to furnish a basic set of mechanic tools.
* Possess and maintain a valid State of Arizona Driver’s License.
* Knowledge in reel grinding and reel maintenance.
* Considerable knowledge of the methods, practices, materials, and tools used in automotive and mechanical repair.
* Good knowledge of the operating principles of internal combustion engines.
* Knowledge of welding.
* Skill in locating and adjusting operating problems in motorized equipment.
* Skill in the use and care of tools and equipment used in the trade.
* Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
* Ability to perform heavy manual labor in rather inaccessible areas.
* Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
