Job: Family Specialist/Case Manager

A Place to Call Home, Inc. has immediate opening for Family Specialist positions. Ideal applicant is bilingual has BA in social services field, behavior specialist training, exp in foster care services, exp in developmental disabilities.

Case management, communication, computer skills a must. Must have reliable transportation, flexible schedule and ability to work with foster/adoptive families, children, youths and adults.

1. Case management experience
2. Experience with DSM 4 diagnosis and developmental disabilities
3. Knowledge of foster care systems
4. Effective communications skills
5. Reliable transportation
6. Must pass FBI background check
7. Must be computer literate
8. Must understand professional boundaries
9. Must be capable of meeting timelines and due dates
10. Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus!!!!
