Job Description

As a full-time business owner you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of your agency. You will develop and execute business plans through interaction with our staff and your own. You will be offering your consulting services to families and businesses for the sole purpose of providing them with a full risk management program taking care of everything from Auto, Home, Life, Commercial Insurance and Financial Services.

* Responsible for running a profitable business
* Identify best practices and work with the Training Manager
* Develop business in-line with your business plan
* Work with customers on a daily basis

Our current business owners come from many different backgrounds. We have teachers, lawyers, doctors, small business owners, IT, mortgage brokers and many others. There is no requirement for “prior experience”. Our most successful candidates who become great agents are flexible; detail oriented and can work independently.
