Job: Weekend Staffing Coordinator- Work From Home

Job Summary:
This position will be the lead responder for all calls from Friday 5pm- Monday 7am . The weekend staffing coordinator will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and employee supervision throughout the call period. This position is also responsible for for maintaining accurate records of all activities and communicate with the office staff regarding all call activities.

Qualifications:
Must possess above average human relations, customer service, and organization skills. Must be able to work well under pressure and manage multiple demands simultaneously. Excellent telephone etiquette and comunication skills necessary. Prior experience in staffing or scheduling prefered in a home health environment. Must have computer with internet service.Company cell phone is provided. Attendance is crucial. The weekend staffing coordinator is responsible to answer the phone on weekends and Holidays.

Excellent computer skills in Microsoft. Must include Exel and demonstrated skills in database mangement and record keeping.
