Beautiful New Facility! Now is the perfect time to join our growing team in our new 98,000 square foot facility right off the Loop 101 on 7th Street. As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility will be to assist our friendly credit union members with their Visa and MasterCard accounts. A minimum 6 months call center, customer service, banking or credit union experience, along with good PC/Internet/Windows-based software knowledge, required. All candidates must be able to work a full-time shift between the hours of 6:00am-9:00pm, Monday - Sunday.
